DRAW THE PICTURE OF PEACE

In 2009, with the project named Youth in Action, Action 3.1 Youth Exchange "Draw The Picture of Peace to Me", creating amateur art wonders with partners from different countries of Europe, with painting, which is one of the most well-known forms of expression in the world, with new and some untested styles, breaking the ice and prejudices among the participating young people; establishing friendships with the effect of the painting art to be applied, reinforcing them, It is aimed to contribute to mutual tolerance and art culture brotherhood.

With the workshops to be implemented, the feelings of mutual tolerance of the youth were formed and mutual prejudices were tried to be reduced.

The pictures made in an amateur spirit in the project have been a means of revealing the creativity of our country and European youth together.

The "woman" theme, which is used throughout the paintings, were aimed to be a voice that will rise with the effect of the art of painting in order to take measures against violence against women which is on the agenda of our country and the world.

To our project; 30 young people participated from Azerbaijan, Italy, Spain, Ukraine, Turkey and all activities were held in Afyonkarahisar.
